Casino de Montréal - Arium Design Inc.

The Casino de Montréal is a prime location for an incomparable entrainment experience. It welcomes 6.5 million guests every year, offering a myriad of gaming activities and nightlife. Seeking to stand out in a competitive market, the Casino de Montréal embarked on a broad strategy to reposition itself as the casino with the best customer service offer. With that in mind, Arium was selected to develop a comprehensive wayfinding system. Arium exceeded expectations, infusing its creativity and expertise at every stage. The team identified the main challenges and developed a master plan for the site that included orientation strategies, the development of key plans and information kiosks and static and dynamic signage systems to manage foot traffic to the parking areas. The team also developed more than 25 pictograms for accessible signage to meet the needs of the casino’s diverse and multicultural clientele. Led by Arium, the project to revitalize the signage at the Casino de Montréal is a true success story and delivers an exceptional gambling and entertainment experience for visitors.
